This modern dairy farm is home to cows, calves, rabbits and ponies. Here, young and old alike can discover farm life and work with all their senses. Visitors learn about the different stages of milk production and can even get involved themselves. Younger visitors are particularly delighted and enjoy some very special moments.
Groups are welcome from Tuesday to Saturday. Exciting topics are covered, such as: What does a cow eat? How is milking done? What happens to the milk? How does grain grow? And what are the daily tasks of a farmer? Children can also get actively involved: feeding the cows, visiting the calves, milking and much more.
In addition to discovering life on the farm, creative workshops offer a variety of activities: painting, crafts and games are all part of the programme, as is group learning.
A highlight: children aged 4 to 10 can celebrate their birthdays on the farm, surrounded by their friends, animals and nature.
The management has training in agricultural education (since 2017).
The visit lasts 2 hours.
