The municipality of Steinfort, in collaboration with the Advisory Committee on Cultural Affairs and Tourism, is delighted to invite you to an exhibition at the CollART Gallery showcasing the works of the talented Luxembourgish artists Carmen Dieschbourg-Weber, Michèle Roeder & Brigitte Stoffel.

Carmen Dieschbourg-Weber. is passionately devoted to lyrical abstraction, which gives her complete freedom to spontaneously express her emotions on canvas. The female body is at the heart of some of her works. Through mixed media, it is transformed into landscapes where nature and humanity merge. Layers and transparencies create a dialogue between abstraction and sensuality, revealing the fascination that the beauty of the female body holds for her.

Michèle Roeder: I have been a painter and sculptor for 25 years. I am delighted to invite you into my artistic world. My abstract paintings explore forms, colours and emotions through free expression. My sculptures, crafted from marble and alabaster, highlight the purity of the lines and the natural beauty of the material. Through my works, I seek to create a dialogue between light and depth.

Brigitte Stoffel: I work with the grain of the wood — its direction, its memory, its internal tension. I do not impose it; I follow it. The wool yarn then becomes part of it: it wraps around, connects, and sometimes constrains. Soft against dense, textile against structure. Between the two materials lies a tension, a fragile balance. Working with the grain means revealing what connects and what resists.
