Cours de patchwork avec Malou Kemp

WORKSHOP

Malou Kemp explains the basic technique of the patchwork, the technical terms and gives an insight into the history of this wonderful handicraft.

Please bring

your sewing machine (If you dont have your own sewing machine, you can use one of ours.)
Fabric: 6 fat quarters (2x light, 2x medium, 2x dark) and 0,5m of backing fabric
Omigrid ruler in centimetres
Rotary cutter
Marking tool (e.g. pencil, erasable pen, Sewline, mechanical pencil, ...)
Sewing supplies: thread, scissors, fine needles, pins, thimbles, ....

Since her childhood, Malou Kemp has been attracted to the art of threads and discovered her passion for patchwork about 15 years ago. Since then she has participated in several exhibitions and teaches various techniques in courses and workshops.
