Outdoor Yoga/Nature meditation walk/Tea

Outdoor yoga not only keeps you fit and healthy, it also gives you more grounding and an extra dose of vitamin D in the beautiful and unique setting of the old castle of Ansemburg. In this workshop we will connect to our roots by using the means of yoga poses, meditation, breath work and sound. At the end of the workshop participants are invited to share a cup of herbal tea from the garden.
