P.S.: This is the first issue that focuses on cosy experiences during the winter season. Smuggler Tour - Don’t get caught!


15.02 • 8:00PM → 11:00PM

We set off at nightfall through the forest along the Luxembourg-Belgium border. Why so late? Pssssst - so that we won’t get caught smuggling! Your guide knows many stories, anecdotes and fates of the people for whom smuggling was at times a necessity of life.

Distillery Tour - Drop by the local “Drëpp” producers

Georges Krack, a former agricultural engineer, will be your guide for the day. He will pick you up with his comfort - able minibus and take you to several local distilleries, where you’ll get to taste various types of schnapps called “Drëpp” in Luxembourgish.

Travel back in time - Live like a local 100 years ago

Ever imagined how people used to live in the rural areas of Luxembourg 100 years ago? Then this offer is for you! Come to the smallest village of Luxembourg and travel back in time with all your senses in the rural museum “Thillenvogtei”.

Beer tasting & local food - A unique culinary experience


18.02 • from 6.30PM

Beer sommelier Ralph Schmitt knows a thing or two about beer. He will share his great passion with you at his restaurant “De Bräiläffel”. The beer tasting is followed by a 4-course menu of local specialties, served with the perfect beer pairings. And the best thing is that nobody has to go home. You are welcome to spend the night at the Jacoby Hotel afterwards.
