Specialities:

• In 1999, the company shifted to organic farming. Thus, our products comply with the requirements of the Demeter guidelines during production as well as the processing. Our products, such as the potatoes, come from our own organic farming without using chemical or artificial sprays or fertilizer.
• Veal and sausage products are being processed and produced by the butchery Niessen in Troisvierges according to the Demeter guidelines.
